At MadForTee, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as selecting the wrong size, color, or changing your mind after purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

After review, we may offer:

• A replacement product
• A refund
• Another appropriate resolution

Lost Packages

If tracking information indicates that your package was lost in transit, please contact us for assistance.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds or replacements for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Minor color variations due to monitor settings

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
